May 2019 (provided the Wisconsin state legislature has passed the state budget) | Arts Board makes grant award announcement, mails contracts and grant proposal revision report forms

| July 2019 | Grant recipients submit signed contracts, grant proposal revision report forms, and copies of the letters that they have sent to their legislators in which they notified them of the grant and invited them to a specific project activity/event.

| July 2019 | Once the state legislature has passed its biennial budget and the grantee has submitted the signed contract and other required materials, Arts Board mails grant check.
(NOTE: The Arts Board cannot guarantee an exact timeframe for payment. It is possible that grant checks may not be sent until late Fall, depending on State Legislative and Administrative action.) |
